| all extras cost money. wifi service can be bought by the day or hour. The day is better deal. The only free things is the coffee in your room |

| paid in full prior to arrival.no refund,which i agreed.
at checkin a credit card requested in case of any charges during stay.there were none.arrived home and
discovered an additional $150.00 charged to my credit card.contacted hotel and was advised charges were $50.00 night security.First time i was aware of this.i
did not authorize the hotel to make these charges,nor will i book another hilton hotel in the future. |

| The hotel staff were so helpful that the service alone would bring me back to this hotel. The great price and accomodations were a great bonus. |

| While the room was great, comfortable, and quite large, everything was extra. You have to pay extra per night for things like a refrigerator and wi-fi. Things that most hotels, are free. Even though we liked the room, we will be staying elsewhere thru next time we are in Sacramento. |

| I checked in to the hotel and the staff was very friendly I requested a fridge an was told it would cost an extra 15 witch I was okay with. Well I never recieved the fridge and then when I got back I noticed 2 days later I had an extra charge to my card for 5.46 that did not make sense to me sense the guy at the desk said there was no charges to my card but there was 2 one for 50 bucks and the other for 5.46 I dont understand that. It also shows on the internet free wifi well its not free its 2.99 and up I never used it but did check it out to see if they charged for it. everything was extra you had to pay for everything including water that was in your room. Other then that it was a great clean room and very nice. |

| We were there for a convention. Beds are 2 Doubles or 1 King. Nothing else. Basic room. Large Flat screen was nice. Beds comfy. Rate was higher compared to other hotels with better extras like a fridge/microwave or 2 queen sized beds & a Free breakfast. I DID get 2 printed maps & directions from the concierge who was patient with his guests. Someone had smoked in our Non-smoking room & we were switched easily. I would stay there again based soley on the Great Staff. The Hotel Room itself wasn't impressive. The lobby and conference rooms were just fine. |

| Nice stay but I think they should invest in refrigerators to put in the rooms. Most of the Ice machines ran out of ice. |
