Recent Hyatt Regency Sacramento Review: "My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon night and felt a little uncomfortable at first because we had been driving all day and didn't look our best and the hotel looked very nice and high class. We were greeted by a very nice man at the front desk who was more than accommodating; he upgraded our room and gave us free parking for the night. He was also very nice overall anyway. When we got to our room it was a very nice king size suite overlooking the capital building and we were very happy with everything. The night was very quiet and romantic for us. We also had a little balcony which was nice to get some fresh air when needed instead of having to leave the room at anytime. I would rate this hotel a 5/5 stars and would most definitely recommend it to anyone. :)"

| A short guide to Sacramento |
|
Sacramento played a key role in California history as a major hub during the Gold Rush, then as the state capital, and also as the terminus of the First Transcontinental Railroad. Now, tall leafy trees mix with government buildings, restaurants, homes, and shops along the broad streets of the downtown area. Raging Waters, the Sacramento Zoo, and NBA games at ARCO Arena are all popular attractions in the area.
